The wild fish of the Mediterranean are not just food. Eating fish is a human habit that goes back well before recorded history. It is part of the culture of any seaside civilization, expressed through countless traditional and modern dishes.

Our wild fish are as fresh as they can get -they are fish that have just been caught.

To achieve that, we have a wide network of local fishermen. That way it is possible fulfill specific orders in a timely manner. Of course, there are still some limitations on their availability, depending on their reproductive cycles and the state laws of fishing.
